Key Details
Revenue for the first six months of 2026 reached $16.3 billion. All of 2025 brought in $4.6 billion.
Losses grew too. Net loss hit $80.7 billion in the half, after $42 billion in 2025.

Market Reaction
Tech caught a bid. Nvidia, Broadcom, Micron and Intel jumped midday, and the Nasdaq Composite gained 0.8%.
Why It Matters
Wall Street expects a $2 trillion valuation, and this could be the largest IPO ever. Insiders can sell from day one, with more unlocks on days 27, 48, 62 and 76. A fast Nasdaq-100 entry could trigger index fund buying. SpaceX fell 15% in its first week in the index.
Keep an eye on the final pricing, the brokers that get retail shares, and OpenAI, which is expected to hold its own IPO until early 2027.
